Despite our efforts, the problem persisted with the default WordPress mailer, and we deeply regret the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you tried to join recently or gave up weeks\/months ago, we are truly sorry for making your experience so difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Good news:<\/strong> The issue has now been resolved! Following valuable technical advice from Grok, we replaced the problematic official WP mailer with a more reliable solution. Registration and email delivery should now work properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you previously tried to register and never received your confirmation email, please try again now \u2014 your account should activate without any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your patience and for sticking with us through this technical hiccup. We\u2019re incredibly grateful to have such an understanding community of pet lovers.
